Grass Roots Churches was an attempt to form a new network of more missional churches across several states. It was just too spread out to be truly cohesive, and would never have evolved into a movement.
We have encouraged the leaders involved to focus on building more local networks and chase the Way of Jesus and the mission of God with all their hearts.
Fran Leeman is has formed such a network in the Chicago area, called the New Wineskins Network. You can find many of the resources that were on the Grass Roots site on their new site.
